(Pretend) Pumpkin Pie Truffles
Each truffle is like a bite of creamy pumpkin pie, covered in chocolate! Perfect to bring to any party or to enjoy as a treat at home.
Servings12 generous truffles
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients to a food processor and process until smooth and all are incorporated. Then, transfer the mixture to the freezer to cool off for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, melt your chocolate chips using our amazing hair dryer method, or, carefully over a double boiler. Take the mixture out of the freezer, and scoop into 9-12 mounds, onto a parchment paper lined sheet. Put back in the freezer and let cool for about 10 minutes. When hardened, dip into melted chocolate, place on parchment paper and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds. Pop into the fridge to finish hardening and in about 10 minutes, you’ve got truffles.
