Spiced Pumpkin Seed Caramel Crunch + Cranberry White Chocolate Bark
Quick head's up- pepita is a fancy/Spanish term for the edible seed of a squash or pumpkin.
Not pita. Or any bread.
But we changed the name so you can remain blissfully ignorant while eating this bark.
Our white chocolate, bits of caramel crunch, spiced, toasted pumpkin seeds, and apple juice sweetened dried cranberries in there seems like a good plan, doesn't it? It is a very good plan, indeed- as well as an excellent execution.
Ingredients: our craft white chocolate (cacao butter*, coconut sugar*, coconut flakes*,coconut flour*, maple sugar*, vanilla bean*), roasted pumpkin seeds*, cranberries (apple juice sweetened)*, coconut sugar*, sunflower oil*, cayenne pepper*. Vancouver Island Salt.

Packaged in home or commercially compostable packaging. Please don’t throw into your city compost- that will get them confused. You can send them back to Zimt or reach out to your local health food store with a compost program to (please) take them (leave a tip!). Or, compost them in your backyard.
